LH introduced NS and I to Abalone Porridge. So effing good!

Tip: Restaurant is tiny and parking is a pain in the ass, but worth it.
Sahn, 3064 W 8th St, Los Angeles, CA 90005.
To celebrate EM’s return from Paris and SH going somewhere for the holidays, the cool kids met up for dinner at this joint on the southwest corner of 7th and Vermont, in Koreatown.
Apparently, it is a new place. On the menu was chicken kalbi. Overall, it was decent and satisfying.
Customarily, after eating a bit of it, the waiter comes by and makes fried rice for the group.

Typically eaten on the hottest days of summer, I chose to eat this on one of the cooler days of this week. =)
Samgyetang is ginseng (whole) chicken soup. The meat just fell off the bones. Added salt and pepper to taste. So good.
