samosas… yum. we had a bunch of meat and vegetable ones. the vegetable ones tasted better.

Otherwise known as Tonkotsu Ramen, the “special flavored soup” is a broth extracted from simmered pork belly and bones.

Shrimp tempura, vegetable tempura, and seaweed kelp in hot broth. Tasty.
