Finally cued up Tom Ford’s film on Netflix, and what struck me (and everyone else) the most were the glasses that Colin Firth wore. Simple and classic. Of course, no one really knows who makes them. You’d think they would be Tom Ford, but the story is is that Firth picked them out of a prop box. So now begins the search for a similar pair.
My 3 sentence review of A Single Man: To summarize, the story is about a man getting over a past love. It was slow at times, but beatifully shot. It’s worth a viewing, so long as you’re not a homophobe.
Drooooool. The texture of the taiga leather and the subtle monogram flower on the toe are stunning.
.. as far as finding its way into my wardrobe, i have my eye on the strappy one above. Slick!
