Carillo’s Mexican Deli – Go to spot for Mexican in the valley

the other day, a friend wanted to eat Mexican, so we went to her favorite place in the valley.

I got the el caldo…beef and vegetable soup. It was tasty and had that home-cooking aura. I really liked the corn tortillas that they make in-house; they’re thick and flavorful.

Blue Table – Caprese Sandwich

Had a craving for mozzarella.

This was very satisfying to the last bite. Yum. I’d say it’s just as good as Ellen’s Special.
