Craft Restaurant – Pretty Good, mostly.

Founded by Tom Colicchio of Top Chef fame, had a late dinner at the Los Angeles branch, where John Keenan is the Chef de Cuisine. Ate a bunch of things.

… like this green garlic risotto. yum.

Roasted Foie Gras! and cheeries. I’m really going to miss foie gras. That California ban on foie gras is really retarded in my opinion.

 22oz Dry Aged Sirloin

Gnocchi. The texture was a bit funny, but it was still tasty.

Braised Beef Short Ribs

 Devil’s Food Pudding Cake, Hazzlenut Praline, Coffee Icecream

Buttermilk Tres Leches Cake, Harry’s Strawberries, Strawberry Sorbet
