it’s been a few years since i’ve been here. used my birthday as an excuse to come back. good times.
our group was large enough to order two different kinds of paella, and have them served together.
Paella Marinera. Rice with saffron, calamari, mussels, clams, shrimp, small lobster tail, etc
Arròs Négre. Cuttlefish, calamari, baby shrimp and mussels cooked with rice and squid’s ink
paired the meal with a syrah and a cabernet sauvignon from the liquor store down the street. paid the corkage. also had some of the house sangria. yum.

Croquetas de Pollo. Fried chicken croquettes
Patatas Bravas. Fried potatoes tossed with spicy tomato sauce
Almejas Marinera. Steamed Manila clams with white wine
Gambas al Ajillo. Shrimp sauteed with garlic and chili pod
Jamón Serrano – doméstico. Slices of domestic salt-cured ham
Queso Manchego, en tacos. Small cubes of Spanish year old sheep cheese
Caracoles al Ajillo. Snails sauteed with garlic and a touch of chili.
Tip: no valet service (thank God). lots of street parking.
