Hatfield’s – Celebrating EM

EM’s back in town for a bit…

..so, had to celebrate.

we ate and drank….a lot.. most of the dishes were paired with a different wine…

started off with a crab curry amuse bouche

cuddle fish salad

yellowtail made to look like tuna, using beets

then, octopus or squid….

black cod en croute

Quinn Hatfield plating food; we really had great seats.

braised pork

short ribs

finally, to satisfy the sweet tooth…. beignets and a crumbled pie

finished with cupcakes

in hindsight, having 8 kinds of wine swirling around in my stomache wasn’t such a good idea =X

Ah, C’est la vie.

Good company, good food and drink, good conversations, good atmosphere. A great dinner.
