Drago Centro – YUM!

Dinner and Movie in the Vault Room of Drago Centro.

Started with chacuterie modena style, pickled vegetables, paired with a Sauvignon blanc from Venica & Venica, 2008 

For pasta, had the classic gnocchi amatricani, pecorino cheese, paired with a Dolcetto d’Alba from Sandrone (2008)

halibut, potato gnocchi, peas, asparagus, balsamic

For meat, roasted leg of lamb, rapini, garlic polenta, zucchini served with a Cabernet/Merlot blend from Maculan, 2008

For dessert, had a  chocolate torta caprese, milk sorbet with a moscato from Maculan, 2008. Forgot to take a picture. Oops.

Watched Roman Holiday.
