Madeleine Bistro – Fancy Vegan for lunch…

Chef Dave Anderson’s famous red beet tartare on top of a warm tofu cheese crouton and thin slices of English cucumber, surrounded by a balsamic glace. Pretty and so freaking delicious (and this is coming from someone who detests beets)!

French Onion Soup, crouton, and farmer cheese. This was okay.

Caesar’s Salad made with hearts of romaine, sourdough croutons, and their Caesar dressing.

I came here on a whim to try something different. I’m glad I did. If I ever have a fling with a vegatarian, I’ll have another restaurant in my wooing arsenal. ha!
