Shamshiri – Gheymeh Bademjan

For lunch, I ordered the daily special not knowing what the daily special was. I was pleasantly surprised.

Eggplant Stew with sautéed diced Beef, Onions and yellow Split Peas in a Saffron tomato sauce.
