Pho So 1: Com Tau Hu Ky

On the morning after Christmas, some of us were craving pho, so I found a spot that had pretty good online reviews.

I ate steamed rice with shrimp paste wrapped in bean curd skin.

Though I didn’t order pho, I did get a bowl of the soup broth to complement my dish, and it was very tasty. The next time I’m out there, I’ll have to get a pho dac biet xe lua (maybe).
