It’s been said a billion times, and it deserves another mention, Forest Whitaker’s performance as ex-Ugandan Dictator Idi Amin is amazing. The story is actually seen from the eyes of Amin’s personal physician, a young Scottish doctor wanting a bit of an adventure. Suffice it to say, he got more than he bargained for.
