T.O.T.: Sukiyaki Bowl

For JT’s real birthday dinner, we all met up at T.O.T. I ordered the Sukiyaki Bowl. The menu describes it as sliced beef and onion, cooked in special sukiyaki sauce on rice, and served with egg yolk.

It reminded me a lot of the Yoshinoya in Tokyo, where they served food in proper bowls – none of the styrofoam nonsense.. I miss Tokyo.
