Pete’s Cafe: A good way to cap the night

August 29, 2009 Gourmet, Living No Comments

After the movie, EM and I went to one of my favorite evening dining places, Pete’s Cafe in downtown Los Angeles.

Sat outside on this warm night…drank some Guiness…
Munched on Crispy Oysters on Spoon – flash fried oysters with green apple tartar sauce and wasabi caviar

for the main, shared a Hellman Burger (half pound prime beef w/ fontina cheese, green leaf lettuce, red onion and tomato w/ smoked tomato ailoi) w/ side of Cheddar Bacon Fries

rounded the meal off with Pete’s famous bread pudding, of course.

Stayed until close.

Cheers!
