Pete’s Cafe and Bar: Bread Pudding To Die For.

June 1, 2009 Gourmet 1 Comment

met up the little tokyo crew at Pete’s Cafe and Bar in the Old Bank District…
..for a late night supper and to say c-ya later to CS..
[after spending 5 months in LA, she’s going home-home for a bit; she’ll be back. =)

anyways… some of the stuff i ate…

Homemade Bread Pudding. It was topped with strawberries and a caramel sauce…..so so good.

Lamb Bolognese. Pappardelle pasta, braised lamb, fresh tomatoes, fresh garlic and a touch of cream.

I also had a bite of the Hellman burger, which was pretty good as well…

I am going to have to remember this place as a go-to spot for the late-night munchies.

BONUS:

When I got back to my car, I found this on the windshield.
Parking Enforcement working overtime.

I will pay the citation, but will still not drill holes in my bumper to put on a front plate.
Eff that.
