I ate some Alligator at Wurstküche

CS, MF, and I grabbed a late lunch at Wurstküche. This place is awesome.

They serve all kinds of sausages made up of animals most westerners are not accustomed to eating….

taking the opportunity, i ordered the alligator and pork, smoked andouille sausage..

..served with carmelized onions and sweet peppers…

to round out the meal.. we had some belgian fries..with white truffle oil…
..served with tzatziki and sundried tomato mayo dipping sauces… so so good.

I’ll be back for sure….
